The service from staff like Adam and Cassia, with our room being very clean and comfortable. Noise from the nightclub nearby was a bit disruptive at times. It was a nice experience.

Nice variety of bread, cereal, and eggs for breakfast. Very friendly and efficient staff interactions. Easy check-in, incredible location really close to the Stadium, stadium, restaurants, and most things.

The hotel offers a pleasant atmosphere with
Its sleek modern decor and clean environments. While the easy check-in and attentive staff were highlights, the bathroom could use some updates. The location might not be suitable for everyone, as it's a bit far from downtown.

Location was close to where I was working, also easy for the airport when I arrived. Nice comfy beds and clean comfortable rooms.
Very expensive for what you get - shocking prices driven up by Fly in Fly out custom. Restarant managed to handle my special requests but the first night I had to send the trout back 3 times until they got it right and it was hot. The food is obviously just heated in a microwave having been pre-cooked.

The rooms were neartly and clean everyday when we have requested it. The valent parking was excellent and when we needed to use the car the response was quick and friendly. The staff members were always polite and friendly and very helpfully when needed.
The pool tempeture wasn't was warm as i thought it was and i beleive that the temp could have been risen abit to make it a much more confortable feeling and swim. Apart from that everything else was nice and pleasant.

Spacious, Lovely, Sensational
I was treated to a spacious Superior King Room that was spotlessly clean and offered an very nice view that took my breath away! Room service was impressively fast, delivering dinner in just 15 minutes, made my evenings even more good. With so many dining options to choose from, every meal was a nice experience thanks to great flavor and service!

The hotel has access to the facilities of the Burswood resort and entertainment complex. This ensured constant entertainment , the casino and the food and beverage options, after the rest of Perth closes. Cabs easily available. The reception staff and concierge staff was very good. The shuttle bus service connected Guests to the local railway station.
Housekeeping was very bad. Rooms not properly cleaned, and the carpet was threadbare. Room service forgot my order, and the food quality was poor. The Food Court does not have much variety and the food is very bad. Other hotels in the vicinity are far less expensive and are better.

The room was quite spacious and comfortable. I faced issues with the check-in process and the staff's knowledge was lacking, particularly regarding local shuttle services. Room service took longer than expected and arrived cold, which could be improved.

The staff were just great and your proximity to night life is great. Staff booked a taxi for me and it came just in time. I was treated with real respect and its so easy to book.

Comfiest bed! Excellent staff
Do not believe you get value for money for the types of room. I believe you are paying for the reputation of the Burswood and the Holiday Inn falls short of those expectations. It is very nice nevertheless, however, if you are making a trip to stay at the Burswood go big & stay at the InterContinental and get the value for your money rather than overpaying to stay in a substandard room for $300+
